What this is
As U Luv It provides a nightly, AI-generated call from a character — your “shadow” — for reflection and self-connection. It is an entertainment and self-reflection experience. It is not medical care, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for any of those. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis line (in the US, call or text 988).
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old. Keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Subscriptions and purchases
- In-app subscription. Purchased through Apple; price and term are shown before you buy. It renews only as shown at purchase and can be managed or cancelled in your Apple ID settings. Refunds follow Apple's policies.
- Founding membership. Purchased on our website via Stripe as a one-year, non-renewing membership. Refunds within 14 days of purchase if you have received fewer than 3 calls; contact support@asuluvit.com.
- Prices may change; changes never apply retroactively to a term you already paid for.
AI-generated content
Conversations are generated by AI. They can be imperfect, and nothing your shadow says is professional advice, a statement of fact, or a promise of outcomes. The character is fictional.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to reverse engineer the service, abuse or overload it, use it to harm yourself or others, or use it where prohibited by law. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your content
Your answers and kept lines remain yours. You grant us only the license needed to store and process them to run the service (see the Privacy Policy). Export and deletion are always available in Settings.
Termination
You can end and erase your account at any time in Settings; we give you your export first. We may terminate for breach of these terms, with a refund of any unused prepaid period unless the breach was willful.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan; disputes go to the Tokyo District Court, except where consumer law in your country gives you additional non-waivable rights.
