Membership itself ($79/month or $699/year, as listed) begins only when doors open, with its own purchase terms, billing, cancellation, and refund conditions presented before you pay.
The As U Luv It name, characters (including AYANAI and the shadow characters), images, film, and text belong to CLUV43 Co., Ltd. What you say in your calls is yours; you give us the limited permission needed to process it and reply to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The founding experience is provided "as is", free of charge. To the extent the law allows, CLUV43 Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from this free service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for willful misconduct or gross negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes will be handled in the Tokyo District Court as the agreed court of first instance, unless mandatory consumer law in your place of residence provides otherwise.
