The short version: we collect the minimum needed to hold your call time and run your first call. Your inner life is not ad material. We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising. You can ask us to show, correct, or delete what we hold at any time.

What we collect

• Email address — to hold your call time and tell you when doors open.
• Your meeting answers — the choices you make in the "Meet your shadow" questions, the shadow type and name that result, and the optional note you may leave.
• Call preferences — the days, time, and timezone you choose.
• Trial call content — if you take the one in-browser first call: the text of what you say or type is sent to our AI provider to generate the reply, and reply audio is generated. We store the fact and length of the call; we do not use your call content for advertising.
• Usage events — anonymous page and progress events (for example, "meeting started"), with campaign tags (UTM) when you arrive from a link.
• Analytics cookies — Google Analytics sets cookies to measure how the page is used. We do not use them for advertising.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• We do not send your meeting answers or call content to advertising platforms.
• We do not ask for payment information on this site today.

Who processes data for us

• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — hosting, storage, and delivery.
• Resend (USA) — sending the emails you asked for.
• xAI (USA) — speech and language processing for the trial call and future calls.
• Google Analytics (USA) — anonymous usage measurement.

Your data may be processed in the United States and Japan.

How long we keep it

We keep founding-list records until launch onboarding is complete or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

Email contact@cluv43.co.jp to access, correct, or delete your information. If you live in California, you may exercise your rights under the CCPA/CPRA (access, deletion, correction, and the right to know); we honor these requests for everyone, not only California residents. We do not discriminate against you for exercising them.

Children

As U Luv It is for adults. This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access controls. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will note it here and, for meaningful changes, email you.
